Alex Goh Division and Cat Goh Division held their monthly training session for the month of September, with the turnout being once again overwhelming. The Achievers Lounge was filled with eager agents wanting to learn more on how to achieve top sales with the techniques they were about to learn.
The training session started off at 2 p.m. with Alex Goh explaining the 3-Step-Technique to agents to help them easily aid their customers to select the right development and unit for themselves. Agents listened on with interest as they learned abundantly about how they can achieve the sales they want to with three simple steps.
Alex went on to explain how agents can use the profit margin of a developer to help their customers seize the right pricing development, and also shared on how agents can help their customers understand why they should swap their properties in today’s market conditions. These insights and information were shared by Alex through a series of intensive role-playing to reinforce and further hone the skill sets of the agents.
During the training session, questions were asked at appropriate times and Alex shared his insights and passed on his knowledge to his fellow agents. Each agent took away with them new skills to use and insights learned for future use that will help them achieve top sales.
